RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All content must be made by you! No jocked materials.
2. No discrimation/porn on your site. This will get your subdomain immediantly deleted, without warning, and it could lead in to the possible deletion of mine.
3. Please talk properly with full sentences, correct spelling and punctuation. No leet! (h0w @r3 y0U?) & If you're going to swear, please don't make it every second word. It would be awesome if you didn't do it at all.
4. Must be talented! I don't mind if you use Photofiltre, as long as you're amazing at it. If you don't think you're talented, search for some tutorials and come back when you feel confident. & Must be neat and organised.
5. You must make your own domain layouts. No premade ones.
6. You must update at least once a week. If you can't, please let me know!
7. If you read these rules, but your favourite band/artist in the 'anything else' section of the form.
8. If you get given a subdomain, please have it up with a week.
9. You must link me as your host on every page! You will be on every page on my website, so it's only fair.
10. Must know FTP and PHP include, if not, look it up! I really don't have time to teach you how to set up a website.
11. Must give me a way to contact you, so add my myspace as this is most likely the best way.
12. No fansites or blog sites, sorry. Only layout, resource or graphic sites.
