sparkly text tutorial
This is a tutorial for making your text appear sparkly. It is incredibly easy.Comment the cbox on the side if it helped!
1. Open a new image and type your text.
2. Next go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise, like this.
3. A box should come up after you click on that, so then just play around with the amount. Make sure the Distribution is Uniform, and Monochromatic is unchecked. Once you've got your desired amount, click OK.
4. You're done! :)
