I will be using this picture of Ashley Tisdale.
1. Open up your image, and start to smooth their skin. If you don't know how, my tutorial is here.
2. Once you have done that, go here and fiddle around with the settings until you like it, mine looks like this. Click OK.
3. Now go here and fiddle around with the settings again, mine looks like this.
4. Now go here and fiddle around with the settings once again, mine looks like this. I prefer to make my pictures look more blue than anything else.
What I have so far.
5. Now it's time to put your texture on. If you don't know how to do that, go here for my tutorial.
6. Next we will add some colour orbs. I also have a tutorial for that if you don't know how, so click here. Make sure you make a new layer!
This is what I have so far.
7. Make a new layer. Click on your rectangular marquee tool (this one) and draw a little rectangle type box near the bottom of the picture. Then right click and click 'Transform Selection'. Then make the box go out of the edges of the picture. Then hover around the side of it and a little curvy arrow will appear, when that appears you can turn it a bit. This is what it should look like. Now click somewhere on the tool bar and confirm the change to the box you made.
8. Then right-click somewhere on the image and click on Fill - this one. Then a box will come up, and so you click on 'color' and change the colour to white.
9. Go to Layer >> Layer Style >> Settings, and click on Drop Shadow and match your settings to this.
10. Now you just change the opacity, this is what mine is.
11. Add your text and then you're finished!
If this helps, please comment the cbox on the side! More comments = more tutorials.
